I have worked with the EFQM Excellence Model for nearly 20 years. I have applied the model and supported application in all sorts of organisations. I have also assessed organisations from 1 person business\'s to large multi national organisations.
My talks are either an introduction to the Model or the benefits that applying the concepts and business improvement tools can bring to your organisation. My expereince brngs me a wealth of case studies in different sectors that I can draw on.
