| I help women fulfil their goals and dreams and gain a life of fulfilment and purpose by disocvering their potential.
I coach face to face, on the phone and online. I created an online programme particularly for busy women who are trying to get balance back into their lives. My book "Journey to Chocolate" was published in 2011 and is available via my website. It is in part my story but also acts as a guide for women as they set out on their journey I am an inspirational speaker and speak about the story behind my book and share my story as a means of inspiring other women to be the best they can be. I specialise in the area of postnatal depression and am a trustee for the Joanne (Joe) Bingley Memorial Foundation. I co-facilitate workshops for professioanals in this field. Finally I work part time on my fortune and am building a network marketing business with Arbonne International and am currently building my team all of whom i train, coach and mentor as they build their own teams |
