Sometimes we all need some help.  Luckily TWBC has many expert members who are prepared to share their knowledge to help you on your way.

• Got a business related question?
• Is there a burning business query that you want to find the answer to?
• Do you have a situation that you want to find a resolution to?

Post any questions to our onto our Ask An Expert board and we will include your question within our next eBulletin.  This will give other members the opportunity to answer your question for you.  We have some great business experts amongst our members, who are also incredibly generous with their skills and time and who want to connect with other members, so we are sure to have a plethora of replies.

And of course if you see a question there, or on our eBulletin that you believe you might know the answer to then why don't you reply yourself?  It's a great way to make connections, showcase your expertise and to get yourself known.  And in some instances you might gain a customer.  So don't forget... keep checking our newsletter each week.  It contains some great opportunities of all kinds for our members.

A couple of tips if you are posting a question:

• Remember, our Member Forums are viewable by members only, but your post will not be anonymous as submissions are linked to your Member Profile.
• If you are looking for someone to help you with a service, then the Project Board might be a better choice.
• Please take a moment to thank those who have replied to your question.

A couple of tips if you are replying to a question:

• We're always grateful to members that are generous with help  and think that it’s great if you can give some pointers or advice for free to a fellow member.  However no-one is expecting you to give your service away for free.  With that in mind please post more of a reply than "Please contact me and I can help you".  Remember this is a way for you to showcase your expertise, so a little bit of information can go a long way.
• If you are recommending someone outside of the TWBC network, please be mindful of members who may also be able to provide the service (especially if you are a member of a Premier Club with just such a person!).
