Annette Didcott - Membership Manager Annette is a Worthing girl, who has worked most of her life in the customer service field. She is an experienced membership professional who has previously worked for a number of years with membership organisations, so is experienced at helping members fulfill their needs.
Sandy Floyd - Membership Manager Sandy is on hand to help with any enquiries about events and membership. Her working career has given her a vast business experience working both in the UK and overseas in banking and construction. Sandy is also a membership professional and has worked in this field for some years.
Carol Hocking - Membership Manager Carol is a busy working Mum who juggles a hectic family life with her professional career. Carol also has many years experience working in the membership industry, so is a valuable member of our team who can help with queries about membership options, events and clubs.

Vanessa Stoner - Events Manager Vanessa has been with TWBC for a number of years now and so is experienced in all areas of our operations. Her particular speciality though is event management, and so Vanessa is the lady who single handedly coordinates all of our events, managing every detail brilliantly. If you are a venue with a query then Vanessa is the lady to contact.

Alison Dodd - Bookings Manager Alison's background is in accounts and administration so her experience in dealing with attention to detail makes her the perfect person to manage all aspects of our guest and member bookings. If you want to make or change a booking, or give your apologies for a meeting then Alison is the best person to speak with.

Gordon McLaughlan - Accounts Manager OK.... the picture is George Clooney, and we'll admit that Gordon doesn't look much like GC, but we can dream. Gordon heads up our whole Admin Team, but his particular area of expertise is in accounts. He is a native of Glasgow who now lives in Worthing, and brings experience in running a business, as well as lots of sales experience.

Clare Rogers - Accounts Administrator Clare has years of experience working in accounts in businesses of all kinds. She lives in Upper Beeding with her family, and is an enthusiastic netball player in her spare time. She almost managed to put together a TWBC Netball Team, but the enthusiasm was underwhelming. She'll doubtless keep trying! .

Kelly Stevens - Managing Director Kelly's early career was in sales and marketing in the luxury Hotel market but set up her first business when she was in her mid twenties. She founded TWBC in 2005. Kelly is passionate about supporting women in business and encouraging entrepreneurship, and was appointed as Women’s Enterprise Ambassador by the South East England Development Agency (SEEDA). Kelly lives in Worthing with her partner and their many dogs. She is a self confessed workaholic who has been on a diet since 1362. Kelly is now responsible for the overall strategic management and initiatives of TWBC. She also maintains the website.
